Do you ever look around and wonder where the people you see are going? Do you wonder if they are going to Heaven or Hell? Do you care about that? What about your friends and loved ones? Do you ever weep for them? Do you pray for them? Do you share the gospel with them? Do you even know for sure where you are going? Is your soul lost? There is no greater loss than for one to lose his own soul. A soul is worth more than the world. Many lose their souls for just a tiny little slippery part of this world. Do you ever consider how long forever is? Many individuals do not learn about the value of their souls or the duration of eternity until it is too late. Are you doing anything to tell them? Or do you at least support those that do tell them? Luke 16:22-24: And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham*s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.Revelation 14:13: And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. |
